INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup non dairy milk
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
3 tablespoons almond flour
1.5 tablespoons flax meal
1 Tablespoon of nut butter
Maple syrup (if desired for sweetness)
Pinch of cinnamon
METHOD:
Heat nut milk in a saucepan until warm
Stir in the dry ingredients until you achieve desired texture
Top with nut butter and maple syrup
Add your choice of fresh berries or/and goji berries for extra Vitamin C boost.
