In addition to providing an innovative way of working out, there is substantial guidance on nutrition and diet which is extremely helpful. I’ve been going to HYPOXI Bulimba for more than five years - the Technology is life changing and works to target stubborn fat and cellulite. I consider Siobhan and her team my friends - they are incredibly encouraging and motivating and know their stuff. I can not recommend this studio highly enough.

Siobhan and the girls are amazing at Hypoxi. I started my journey with Hypoxi after I had my first child as it is a low impact exercise and needed to shed the baby weight around my tummy the most..... I have recently had my second baby and I’m back in great shape again after a few weeks. It is great to slowly strengthen your pelvic floor muscles also as you are not bearing weight down, just lying back-cycling in the machine! I would say Hypoxi is a must for anyone post baby trying to get their body back!

I was looking for a way to get back into my fitness after covid lockdown.
I was introduced to Ketones by Siobhan, and they have literally changed my life. I was not only able to slim down but I was given the energy to get back exercising again. I absolutely LOVED the results I got from here before my last trip overseas! The girls were amazing and fitting into my schedule and maximising the results in th short period I had left myself with 😳 my stomach was as flat as it has been in years and cellulite around my thighs and butt almost disappeared. My only complaint is it's not as close as I'd like as I've moved across the city 🤣 but it's worth the drive for the results. Can't rave about it enough, have sent all my girlfriends here 💗
